How to Renew an Annual Membership
Step 1: Go to My Account
Click the “My Account” link on the top right to be taken to the login screen.
Step 2: Login
Enter your login credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials please click the “forgot password” link below the login text boxes.
Step 3: Locate Subscription Order
Navigate using the left side menu to the “orders” screen and find the pending subscription renewal order.
Step 4: Select your payment method and Place Order
If you or your company is sending in a check payment please select “Check Payments” OR if you wish to pay via credit card select “Credit Card” and you will be promoted to enter your credit card details. On check payments, please include a list of employees who’s membership dues you are paying for.
Once the payment has been selected please click Place Order.
