15 Nov API PA Hires State Mobilization Program Manager
HARRISBURG, November 15, 2021 – American Petroleum Institute Pennsylvania (API PA) hired Tom Carlucci as the state mobilization program manager to lead the development and coordination of API PA’s network of energy advocates, who support the significant contributions the industry makes to our daily lives. Additionally, he will assist with the conceptualization and implementation of state-specific campaigns that will expand the organization’s advocate base.
