WASHINGTON, November 2, 2021 – The American Petroleum Institute (API) issued the following statement from Senior Vice President for Policy, Economics and Regulatory Affairs Frank Macchiarola regarding the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) proposed methane rule.
