• Meetings moved to the Waterford Marriott. Meeting dates moved to mid-month to encourage attendance.
• Additional efforts were focused on the membership drive in July 2003 to include professional brochures.
• OKC society board member Jodie Ford elected to the national nominating committee at the Fall 2003 National Meeting in Tulsa.
• Society president Barbara Koch received the COPAS National 2003 Eagle Award, presented at the Fall 2003 National Meeting in Tulsa.
• Holiday meeting changed to a luncheon; attended by 128 members and guests, including Howard Blunk, National Board Liaison to the OKC society.
• Volunteered to host the Spring 2008 National Meeting.
• Final membership count is 173.
• The OKC and Tulsa societies co-hosted the Texas Tax Seminar in March 2004. The seminar was conducted by representatives from the Texas State Comptroller’s Office, and was the first time since 1999 this training has been offered. 150 individuals attended the event.
• Annual Employer Appreciation luncheon was held in March. 169 members and guests attended, including John Clark, COPAS President. Aubrey McClendon, Chesapeake was the guest speaker.
